What the role involves

• We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nursery Room Leader to lead one of our rooms and inspire a team of practitioners to deliver high-quality early years education.
• Manage the daily running of the room.
• Plan and implement engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Supervise room staff.
• Monitoring children’s learning and development through observation and assessment.
• Ensure the room meets high standards of care, safety, and hygiene.

Skills and requirements

• This is an exciting opportunity for a confident Level 3 (or above) qualified professional looking to take the next step in their childcare career.
• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
• Previous experience in an early years setting.
• Experience leading or supervising a team (preferred).
