Skills and requirements

• Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.
• Holds a relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above.

Candidate fit

• Protocol Education are working with a nurturing, well-established nursery in BS3 who are looking for a confident and caring Room Leader to join them after half term.

• Ensuring safeguarding and welfare standards are consistently met.
• Communicates clearly and warmly with children, parents and staff.
