Practical details

• 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays rising to 30 days after 5 years service.

Education skills and requirements

• For the Room Leader role, it is essential that you hold a relevant childcare qualification, Level 3 minimum and experience leading in an Early Years setting.
• Level 2 qualifications in English including functional skills are also a must if you obtained a Level 3 qualification after 2014.
