The Nursery Room Leader position in Early Years centres on supporting children’s social, emotional and early academic development. It would suit someone who can bring opportunity to develop professionally within early years leadership to the role.
How the role is set up
As a Nursery Practitioner / Room Leader, you will support the delivery of high-quality early years provision in line with the EYFS framework. We are recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner / Room Leader to join a well-established early years setting in the Upton area from 23rd March 2026.
Where someone would start
Supporting children’s social, emotional and early academic development. Supporting daily routines, care and safeguarding procedures. Working collaboratively with colleagues and families.

What is expected
