What the role involves
- Also work closely with teaching assistants and parents to ensure that every child receives personalised support and encouragement.
- Observing and assessing progress, and tailoring support to individual needs, will be central to your role.
- Deliver, and assess high-quality EYFS lessons and activities.
- Supporting children’s social, emotional, and academic development.
- Promote early communication, language, literacy, and numeracy skills.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.
Candidate fit
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent EYFS qualification.
- Have experience teaching Nursery or Reception.
- Demonstrate excellent classroom organisation and behaviour management.
