- Develop independence through play-based learning.
- Delivering high-quality early years provision in line with the EYFS framework, ensuring that every child is supported to develop socially, emotionally, and academically.
- Work closely with support staff, parents, and external professionals to create a consistent and child-centred approach to learning.
- Observation, assessment, and planning will be used effectively to support individual development.
- Supporting children’s learning through purposeful play.
- Build strong relationships with families and colleagues.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.
