  • Work closely with support staff, parents, and external professionals to create a consistent and child-centred approach to learning.
  • Observation, assessment, and planning will be used effectively to support individual development.
  • Supporting children’s learning through purposeful play.
  • Build strong relationships with families and colleagues.

Skills and requirements

  • Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.
