Nursery Team Leader

This Nursery Team Leader role is focused on ensuring that the EYFS is implemented and followed throughout the team to an exemplary standard. It would suit someone who can bring warm, steady communication with children and families to the role.

Haslemere - GU21 2AT. We have two positions available.

Management responsibilities

Ensuring that the EYFS is implemented and followed throughout the team to an exemplary standard. Providing day-to-day leadership and management for the team and staff across the nursery as required. Assisting in the effective use of social media and other marketing activities as required.

Leadership skills and experience

• Level 3 or above.
• An excellent working knowledge of the EYFS and the Ofsted inspection framework.
• Experience of people management and dealing with employee issues.

Job details

• 40 hours per week, up to £31,886.40 per annum.
• Additional detail: Bonus opportunities may be available.
