- They ensure that residents maintain their hygiene and dignity while promoting independence whenever possible.
- Emotional Support: Nurse assistants provide emotional support to residents and their families, helping to create a comforting and supportive environment.
Skills and requirements
- Knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimers care,Schizophrenia care, memory care, and hospice support is highly desirable.
- Right to work in the UK for at least 12-month without need of sponsorship.
- Ability to follow care plans effectively.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Confirmed role details
- Care Centre is situated in the Borough of Greenwich and is a modern.
- Three-storey home specialising in nursing and dementia care for up to 50 older people, as well as to 24 young residents living with a physically disability.
- Pay: Up to £13.00 per hour.
- 33 –44 per week.

Additional role context
- Deliver high quality care to residents in line with their care plans, under the supervision and guidance of the Home Manager.
- Need to hold a NVQ/ Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care alongside completion of the Nursing Assistant program.
