Nurture Teacher
This Nurture Teacher role is focused on providing reports to parents, team members, senior staff, examination and funding bodies. It would suit someone who can bring warm, steady communication with children and families to the role.
Where ownership sits
40 hours per week. Finish: Mon/Wed/Thu 4:45pm, Tue 5:00pm, Fri 4:00pm.

Provide reports to parents, team members, senior staff, examination and funding bodies. Maintaining an engaging and structured learning environment. Managing behaviour in line with school policies.
Education skills and requirements
- Potential access to the Upper Pay Scale (based on experience and impact).
- Employment is subject to enhanced DBS and safeguarding checks.
- Is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
Practical details
- Bonus: £5,000 Welcome Bonus for qualified teachers.
- Pay: £34,398 - £48,913 per year.
