• We respect your experience. Whether you’re M3 or UPS3, you are paid to scale from day one.
• The Day: Expect glitter in your hair, paint on your hands, and a heart full of pride by 3:30 PM.
• The Perk: No planning on weekends. We negotiate "protected prep time" for all our long-term teachers.
