Occupational Health Physician — Corporate Healthcare – Permanent Role

What the role involves

• Foster a culture of proactive engagement and strong partnership with corporate clients, working directly with employees and HR teams to embed HCA’s occupational health services.
• Act as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
• Provide expert guidance on employee health, workplace adjustments, and absence management.
• Supporting client engagement through meetings, consultations, and presentations to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
• Managing occupational health cases, including triage and absence reviews, with clinical consultations comprising initial appointments (60 minutes) and follow‑ups (30 minutes).
• Produce client reports highlighting activity, risk, and measurable benefits to support informed decision‑making.

Skills and requirements

• Solid progressive career history in Occupational Health.
• Qualified to Diploma in Occupational Medicine (DOccMed) or Diploma in Occupational Health Practice (DipOHPrac) level.
• Be currently practising as an Occupational Health Physician within a corporate setting is essential.
• Approved and Trusted Supplier: Placing healthcare professionals in locum and permanent roles across leading healthcare systems such as the NHS and HSE, covering a wide range of set.

• Employment: Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities (Minimum 3 days per week).
• Hybrid – Office and Remote, Weekdays Only.
• Role Type: Permanent.
• Up to £120,000 FTE (depending on experience).
