What the role involves
- Foster a culture of proactive engagement and strong partnership with corporate clients, working directly with employees and HR teams to embed HCA’s occupational health services.
- Act as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Provide expert guidance on employee health, workplace adjustments, and absence management.
- Supporting client engagement through meetings, consultations, and presentations to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
- Managing occupational health cases, including triage and absence reviews, with clinical consultations comprising initial appointments (60 minutes) and follow‑ups (30 minutes).
- Produce client reports highlighting activity, risk, and measurable benefits to support informed decision‑making.
Skills and requirements
- Solid progressive career history in Occupational Health.
- Qualified to Diploma in Occupational Medicine (DOccMed) or Diploma in Occupational Health Practice (DipOHPrac) level.
- Be currently practising as an Occupational Health Physician within a corporate setting is essential.
- Approved and Trusted Supplier: Placing healthcare professionals in locum and permanent roles across leading healthcare systems such as the NHS and HSE, covering a wide range of set.

- Hybrid – Office and Remote, Weekdays Only.
