Job description

Liquid Personnel is looking to recruit a fully qualified Occupational Therapist to join its client’s Adult Social Care team in Wolverhampton.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Carry out holistic assessments to identify needs and promote independence.
  • Prescribe and recommend appropriate equipment and major adaptations to support safe living.
  • Collaborate with housing teams and other professionals to facilitate Disabled Facilities Grants (DFGs).
  • Provide expert advice on environmental modifications and assistive technology.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reports.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop care plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Support service users in achieving rehabilitation goals and improving quality of life.
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to service development.

    • Qualifications & Experience:

    To be successful in this role you must have, 

  • HCPC registered
  • Experience in aids and adaptations
  • Proven ability to plan and prescribe major adaptations
  • Familiarity with housing teams and DFGs
  • Strong assessment and report-writing skills
