What the role involves

• Delivering effective Occupational Therapy interventions within a strength-based, personalised approach.
• Carry out high-quality OT assessments and apply clinical reasoning to identify appropriate solutions.
• Recommend and implement equipment, enablement techniques, and minor and major adaptations, including the use of Disabled Facilities Grants.
• Promote safety and independence within the home and community.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to improve service user outcomes.
• Adhere to the Council’s Fair Access, Diversity and Inclusion Policy.

Confirmed role details

• £39,823 – £43,425 per annum.
• £150 sign-up bonus for new candidates.
