What the role involves

- Be an integral part of this Multi- Disciplinary Team (MDT) and you will receive clinical supervision from the Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist and management supervision from t.
- Also be supported to develop your skills through MDT meetings, the occupational therapy practice development meetings and the AHP forum.
- Provide supervision to a Band 5 Occupational Therapist in East/Northeast CLDT and will have the opportunity to access peer support with other Band 6 OTs across the Learning Disabil.
Skills and requirements
- Person specification Qualifications Essential criteria Diploma or degree in occupational therapy.
- Knowledge Essential criteria Knowledge of processes E.G of Care programme Approach and Mental Capacity Act, Transforming Care Agenda.
- Essential criteria Demonstrate skills in working with complex health conditions relevant to our client group, e.g.
- Experience Essential criteria At least 2 years’ experience of occupational therapy in a community learning disability setting/community mental health team.
Confirmed role details
- The service runs Monday to Friday 9 to 5, team members have access to full remote technology (phones and laptops) to support agile and hybrid working.
