Occupational Therapist – Stroke
Job description
The Stroke position in North West of England centres on the post holder will work in a dedicated OT team alongside a supportive MDT, to deliver occupational therapy as part of a 7 day service. It would suit someone who can bring patience, clear communication, and respectful care standards to the role.
Where the work sits
The Trust only works on Direct Engagement Mode of payment. We are seeking applications from individuals with a passion for providing rehabilitation for people with neurological conditions.

The post holder will work in a dedicated OT team alongside a supportive MDT, to deliver occupational therapy as part of a 7 day service. The trust provide services like acute care, emergency department, community services and other specialties.

- Shift pattern: Weekends.
- Additional detail: Flexible working options may be available.
What needs to be in place
- Need to demonstrate time management skills and the ability to be flexible, to be able to manage a mixed acute and rehab caseload in a busy setting.
- Experience working in an acute hospital setting is highly desirable.
- HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
