Main responsibilities
Helping pupils manage sensory input and emotional responses. Supporting children with a range of additional needs. We’re recruiting for SEND support roles across Tyne and Wear for OT students and graduates starting from May 2026.
Requirements
- Experience across different needs and settings.
- All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and subscribe to the DBS Update Service.
- Gain experience that employers look for.
Job details
- In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
- All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
- Additional detail: Training or development support may be provided.
