• Post-Specialization Experience: A mandatory minimum of 60 months (5+ years) of active clinical practice is required.
• Clinical Background: Candidates must possess core expertise in Emergency Medicine, Family Practice, or Internal Medicine.
• Language: Absolute, unimpeded fluency in English is essential for safety and daily operations at sea.
