What the role involves

• Office Maintenance & Repair Technician focuses on work closely with our 3 rd party warehouse team to coordinate item movements between them and the stores.
• Provide administrative support to the UK People Services Team.

Skills and requirements

• Entry level but experience in maintenance.
• Facilities related will be needed.
• Interpersonal skills and good attitude (high people interaction).
• General knowledge for basic repairs and experience using basic tools such as screwdriver, small hammer, Allen key etc.

Candidate fit

• Technical judgement, safe working habits, careful diagnostics, and practical problem-solving.

Additional role context

• Complete routine checks and undertake small repairs when needed in both corporate sites.
• Arrange contractor visits and overseeing the repairs while maintaining the UK repairs log for establishment department.
• Point of contact for contractors and key-holders.
