This Office & People Support Coordinator role in Bolton, Lancashire is focused on we are now looking to recruit an Office & People Support Coordinator to sit within our Bauer Media Technic team, based in Bolton, Lancashire. It would suit someone who can bring organisation, accuracy, and dependable communication to the role.
What the work leans on
Visitor management, first point of contact, hospitality management and related security responsibilities including management of card passes via the Net2 system. Point of contact for HR queries, upkeep of office, HR and training related documents both electronically and manually, filing and ensuring compliance to meet our audit standards.

- We are now looking to recruit an Office & People Support Coordinator to sit within our Bauer Media Technic team, based in Bolton, Lancashire.
Technical requirements
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage deadlines.
- An interest in working towards CIPD qualification (Level 3) to support personal and professional development is desirable but not essential.
- Experience in a similar co-ordinator role with administration, reception and event planning responsibilities, ideally gained in a Manufacturing environment.
