• As Dual Registered Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of both homes, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, compliance, and team leadership.
• Ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed care delivery.
• Maintaining Ofsted compliance and standards.
• Supporting young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs.
• Working closely with senior leadership and clinical teams.

Confirmed role details

• £60,000 + £10,000 Performance Bonus.

Additional role context

• We’re recruiting for a Dual Registered Manager opportunity overseeing 2 neighbouring Ofsted-registered EBD children’s homes in Burton upon Trent.
• This is an excellent opportunity to join a provider with a strong reputation for delivering genuinely therapeutic, trauma-informed care — with all existing homes currently rated Go.
• The homes are both 3-bed solo-placement services, connected by adjoining gardens, with an established staffing team already in place including a Deputy Manager and experienced Resi.
