OLE Design Engineer

OLE Design Engineer focuses on delivering: undertake design duties for ole design schemes.

What the role involves

• Delivering: Undertake design duties for OLE design Schemes.
• Provide Expertise: Develop OLE designs through the different stages of the project life cycle for complex sites.
• Ensuring designs are delivered in line with relevant, current design standards, are constructable, and apply Safe by Design principles.
• Collaborate : Communicate effectively with other design/construction disciplines and sub-contractors.
• Ensure Quality : Respond to design queries during construction phase and attend site meetings if required.

Skills and requirements

• BSc, BEng or MEng degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Comprehensive knowledge and experienced in OLEMI and other OLE ranges i.e. UKMS, Series-1, Series-2, Mk3B, GEFF, Mk1, SICAT, SNCF, UK1 etc.
• Familiar with Isolation diagrams and their update process.
• Understanding of Earthing & Bonding required for electrification.
