What the work leans on

Play a pivotal part in shaping and delivering the roll out of the Oliver Mc. Responsible for undertaking development and providing project management in support of developing competencies within the NCL ICS.

Management responsibilities

• BEH are the designated lead provider for the Oliver Mc.
• Gowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism, engaging with the North Central London Regional working group to ensure the implementation and roll out of standardised.
• Provide strategic expertise, to proactively support the delivery and implementation of this major change activity and initiative, with a focus on the human behaviour and the people.

Leadership skills and experience

• In order to meet the needs of the new Partnership services you may be required from time to time to work at different locations to your normal place of work.
• Educated to degree level.
• CIPD or appropriate post-graduate qualification.
