This Onboarding Specialist opportunity with Pion Where People ThriveAt Pion is built around own onboarding for existing brand upsells and expansions across ~30 key accounts, including leading brands such as Gymshark, ASOS, adidas and Princess Polly. It would suit someone who can bring warm, steady communication with learners to the role.

Main responsibilities

Own onboarding for existing brand upsells and expansions across ~30 key accounts, including leading brands such as Gymshark, ASOS, adidas and Princess Polly. Partner closely with Account Managers to support expansion into new consumer groups and markets, ensuring smooth introduction and alignment with brand stakeholders. Managing the full onboarding journey from asset collection through to setup, integration and go-live across tools such as Salesforce, Asana and Google Suite.

Requirements

• Experience in a B2B, client-facing role such as Customer Success, Customer Support or Client Services, with a strong understanding of managing relationships and delivering excellen.
• Update clients throughout the onboarding and launch process.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring onboarding, integration and launch processes are executed smoothly and to a high standard.
