Onboarding Team Member

This Job role is focused on communicate with our legal team where necessary to progress cases. Where the work sits

PI focuses on developing and maintaining knowledge of claims process for personal injury cases. 35 hours –Monday to Sunday 8:00-8:30pm on a rota basis and working 2-3 weekend days a month.

How the role works day to day

Communicate with our legal team where necessary to progress cases. Ensure that our clients are continually at the heart of everything we do by being motivated and enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service. They will be responsible for onboarding clients by providing step by step support to the clients during the initial sign up process.
