• Experience working in IT operations, live services, or technical support environments.
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience supporting incident management, service improvement, or operational assurance.
• Awareness of working with architects, suppliers, or multi-team delivery environments.

Confirmed role details

• Noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
• Support the operational assurance of live services, helping ensure they remain technically fit for purpose and meet ongoing operational requirements.
• Assist in identifying and documenting technical and operational risks, working with senior colleagues to define mitigations and improvement actions.
• Help maintain and evolve service improvement roadmaps, particularly for observability, monitoring and alerting capabilities.
