• Develop local relationships and grow NHS and private activity.
• Driving performance and growth : Manage P&L.
• This is a partnership role, not a traditional job — you’ll have a meaningful equity stake and the support of a proven operating model and central services.
• Leading large multidisciplinary teams.

Skills and requirements

• Champion governance and patient experience : Uphold CQC standards.
• Strong people leadership and commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L responsibility.
• A values‑driven approach to safety, patient experience and governance.

Confirmed role details

• Experience within an ophthalmology or theatre setting is a bonus.
