What the role involves
- Build test rigs and prototype systems to support early-stage product and technology development.
- Ensure all builds are safe, compliant and fit for purpose , mitigating risks associated with development activities.
- Supporting rapid iteration cycles, working closely with engineers and technicians to refine solutions.
- Carry out design risk assessments and hazard analysis to ensure safe testing environments.
- Produce clear technical documentation to support development and knowledge sharing.
- Promote and uphold a strong safety culture , ensuring compliance with relevant engineering standards and regulations.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant technical, electrical, mechanical, maintenance, gas, plumbing, or engineering experience may be required.
