This Operational Resilience Manager opportunity is built around review and update policy and framework documents; support in preparation of committee and Board reporting and self-assessment documents. It would suit someone who can bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills to the role.

What you would be doing

Review and update policy and framework documents; support in preparation of committee and Board reporting and self-assessment documents. Leading embedding key pillars of the DORA program, including ICT Risk Management, Incident Reporting, Digital Resilience Testing and ICT Third-Party Risk Management. Leading and own scenario testing workshops and scenario test plan, including remediation tracking and write up of outcomes for self-assessment.

What you need

  • Collate/support business to implement relevant KRIs to generate a view of resilience across the business.
  • Experience in providing training to stakeholders.
