Job description

As a Operational Support Administrator, the work centres on dealing with on the day queries, chasing depot for site photos of installations/ making sure permit boards are in place and evidencing this with client. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.

Where the work sits

DescriptionAs an Operational Support Administrator, you will support the Operational team with day to day administration tasks to support the delivery of work to our clients. Sending Risk Assessment Method Statement (RAMS) to the client.

How the role works day to day

Dealing with on the day queries, chasing depot for site photos of installations/ making sure permit boards are in place and evidencing this with client. Raising VO/Abort claims as required and following up for the POs. Creating job packs to send through to depots.

What needs to be in place

  • Previous Traffic Management experience would be beneficial but not essential.
