Operations Associate

The Operations Associate position with Gopuff that requires drive centres on work with a fluid schedule and available during peak hours of 5pm - 2am. It would suit someone who can bring comfortable with warehouse routines to the role.

Contact customer for substituted or out-of-stock items. Inventory management and re-shelving of canceled orders.

Work with a fluid schedule and available during peak hours of 5pm - 2am. Picking and pack items for dispatch to customers. Receive product from vendors, ensure physical count matches purchase order/invoice, and resolve discrepancies.

What needs to be in place

• Experience working in a restaurant, retail or warehouse environment (preferred, not required).
• General working knowledge of basic web-based software applications ( Google G-Suite).
