Operations Controller focuses on monitor the export load.

What the role involves

• Monitor the export load.
• Delivering quality service to the customer and cost-effective utilisation of the approved depot port and terminal vendors through effective communication, co-ordination and management.
• Provide weekly overdue list of asset type status reports to functionally accountable department for their action and follow up of any inventory integrity issues.
• To be effective in the follow up of any root cause creating service issues with customer or queries within terminal control.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Work as part of a close team and independently as required.
