  • Leading, motivating and supporting teams during busy service periods.
  • Overseeing stock control, ordering and cost management.
  • Liaising with event organisers, suppliers and site teams.
  • Working closely with production and logistics teams to manage stock flow.
  • Reporting on performance and contributing to operational improvements.

Skills and requirements

  • This is a hands-on, full-time position combining.
  • Festival operations (peak summer season, travel across the UK).
  • Year-round events & corporate catering (primarily Greater London).
  • Work closely with the senior management team to oversee operations from planning through to execution—ensuring smooth, professional and high-energy service Onsite.

Confirmed role details

  • £35,000 per year + performance-based bonuses.
