What the role involves
- Leading, motivating and supporting teams during busy service periods.
- Overseeing stock control, ordering and cost management.
- Liaising with event organisers, suppliers and site teams.
- Working closely with production and logistics teams to manage stock flow.
- Reporting on performance and contributing to operational improvements.
Skills and requirements
- This is a hands-on, full-time position combining.
- Festival operations (peak summer season, travel across the UK).
- Year-round events & corporate catering (primarily Greater London).
- Work closely with the senior management team to oversee operations from planning through to execution—ensuring smooth, professional and high-energy service Onsite.
Confirmed role details
- £35,000 per year + performance-based bonuses.
- Permanent, full-time role with real growth opportunities.
- ~35–40 hours per week (seasonal flexibility required).
