How the role works day to day

Ensure that personal and team KPI's / KRI's / MIR are met, assist in collation of MI highlighting any issues to management. Ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard, work is produced within deadlines and that any anomalies are reported to your line manager within agreed timescales. Ensure that fair treatment of clients is at the forefront of all activities and that all interactions are conducted in an open and transparent manner.

What needs to be in place

• Log, maintain and respond to written client enquiries in a timely manner, ensuring all client and external documents are relevant and up to date.
• Respond to telephone, email and system enquiries in a timely professional manner, liaising with external parties where relevant and escalating any issues where relevant.
• Experience gained within a financial services institution especially in Operations is advantageous but not essential.
