Job description
As a Operations Integration Specialist, the work centres on managing and facilitate meetings, workshops, and progress reviews. Manage site access requests. It would suit someone who can bring reliability, clear communication, and practical judgement to the role.
Who the work supports
Working on behalf of Operations and managing expectations to solution delivery (ensuring maintenance requirements are considered as part of the core design – feedback & challenge). Be engaged at a local level and understand site performance and restrictions, flagging risk to delivery.
How support shows up
Managing and facilitate meetings, workshops, and progress reviews. Manage site access requests. Working closely with Operational site teams to encourage synergies to deliver project success. The role holder is expected to be present Onsite as required to ensure ownership of.

What needs to be in place
- Monitoring project from an operational perspective, liaise with all relevant parties, internal & external.
Job details
- Annual Leave: 26 days holiday per year, increasing to 30 with the length of service. (plus bank holidays).
- Offering a salary from £47,010 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
- Pension: Maximum of 12% = 2x employee contribution.
- Support decisions around temporary arrangements, and understand critical information around temporary solutions.
