Operations Integration Specialist
Job description
This Operations Integration Specialist role is focused on managing and facilitate meetings, workshops, and progress reviews. Manage site access requests. It would suit someone who can bring clear communication, discretion, and organised people-process support to the role.
Who the work supports
As part of Team Thames, you’ll have the opportunity to sign up to support our customers on the frontline as an ambassador. Base location: Travelling between sites - Crawley (STW), Dorking (STW) - Earlswood (STW)Working pattern: Hybrid – 36 hours per week (Mon-Fri)What should you bring to the role?

What needs to be in place
- Monitoring project from an operational perspective, liaise with all relevant parties, internal & external.
Job details
- Annual Leave: 26 days holiday per year, increasing to 30 with the length of service. (plus bank holidays).
- Offering a salary from £47,010 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
- Pension: Maximum of 12% = 2x employee contribution.
