- Our client, are a national construction contractor, are currently looking for a Operations Manager to lead their direct labour team on day to day responsive repair contracts.
- Within this role, you will work along side a Commercial Manager and the Operations Director ensuring P&L, budgets and deadlines are met.
- You would be responsible for ensuring the level of service and quality is to the highest standard as well as cost control, creating CPP & programming of works and budgeting.
- Your direct team will include Contract managers, project managers, supervisors, a direct labour team & office staff.
Candidate fit
- Have extensive building knowledge and experience responsive maintenance and partnering frameworks.
- Experience managing multiple site teams, a large DLO, strategically planning projects and an ability to problem solve in complex situations.
- A good knowledge of up to date legislations and strong organisational skills is also desired.
