What the role involves

• Develop our operations function, ensuring the business consistently delivers quality products safely, efficiently, and on time.
• Manage end to end operational activities to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable delivery of customer requirements.
• Overseeing production planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure On Time In Full delivery, quality standards, and commercial targets are achieved.
• Ensure effective allocation and utilisation of resources including labour, materials, equipment, and capacity planning.
• Manage day to day operational performance, resolving issues, risks, and inefficiencies proactively.
• Leading continuous improvement activity including Lean Manufacturing, 5S, waste reduction.

Skills and requirements

• Degree, HNC, HND, NVQ, or equivalent experience in Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Business Management.
