Operations Manager [[SALARY_0]] Cornwall We are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to join a highly respected contractor in Cornwall to oversee the day to day managemen. As the lead for the contract, the Operations Manager will develop, manage, and support a high-performing team to ensure contractor and client objectives are delivered in line with.
Main responsibilities
Leading and organise site teams to ensure successful delivery. Managing programmes, including monitoring, updating, and re-sequencing when necessary. Develop and oversee Quality Plans, Inspection and Test Plans, and checklists to ensure compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum HNC or equivalent experience in a construction-related field.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, technology, and materials, particularly in refurbishment.
- Proven knowledge of health, safety, and environmental management.
