As a Operations Manager, the work centres on supporting with the delivery of new starter induction and “Guest Care” training, ensuring all team members are offering great hospitality to our brand standards. It would suit someone who can bring ownership, clear communication, and practical organisation to the role.

Where someone would start
Supporting with the delivery of new starter induction and “Guest Care” training, ensuring all team members are offering great hospitality to our brand standards. Actively monitor recruitment requirements in your hotel to support the operation (and your current team!). Be working alongside the General Manager to oversee operations, ensure every stay is extra special and inspire a vibrant team to exceed our guests’ expectations.
What is expected
- Food and Beverage and Front Office experience is essential.
- Have good knowledge of the local area to drive business opportunities for your hotel.
- Lead your team to ensure our guests have an incredible experience with us.
