Where the work sits
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, waste management, and other contractual tasks at out client’s sites. Ensure that all operations are carried out efficiently and effectively, meeting client expectations and company policies and procedures.
How the role works day to day
Ensure compliance with quality performance measures and resolve any non-compliance issues. Managing the contract in accordance with company policies and procedures. Complete budget forecasts and monthly reconciliations.
