Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness, including succession planning strategies for operational continuity. Leading the entire warehouse operation, encompassing receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management.

What you need

• Experience in warehouse management, preferably within a 3PL or high-volume distribution environment.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory control methodologies, with a proven track record of optimizing operations and reducing costs.
