Operations Manager

The Operations Manager position in Civil Engineering centres on to support this growth and the successful execution of project works, Binnies is recruiting an Operations Manager to support the Delivery Business. It would suit someone who can bring we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Manager to work with the Director of Delivery and Delivery Leadership Team to support the day-to-day functioning of the D to the role.

Who the work supports

Assist Delivery Service Lines with project budgeting, forecasting, and coordination with the finance and commercial team. Engage and support Binnies Operations team and other P&L counterparts in running an effective and efficient business.

What needs to be in place

• Have demonstrable experience operating in a senior operational role and have experience of supervising and leading large teams of people.
• You should possess and be able to demonstrate extensive contracting experience at a senior level.
• Be able to travel to Binnies UK offices and sites, and client offices as required by the role.
