Operations Manager

This Operations Manager role is focused on supporting across the whole of Herefordshire ensuring a holistic and inclusive approach to recovery. It would suit someone who can bring ownership, clear communication, and practical organisation to the role.

Role overview

Fixed term until 31/03/2026. Support the safe and effective delivery of the Herefordshire Recovery Service, with direct responsibility for quality, governance, and safeguarding.

Management responsibilities

Supporting across the whole of Herefordshire ensuring a holistic and inclusive approach to recovery. We work collaboratively with stakeholders across the county and sector to provide a holistic treatment offer, drawing on the expertise of all services. Quality person-centred services as directed by the Senior Operations Manager in line with the Business Plan and best practice standards.

Leadership skills and experience

• In depth understanding and ability to operationally and performance manage the functions of the team you lead.
• Ability to adapt to respond to colleague, commissioners/partners and people we support.
• Strong organisational, time management and prioritisation skills.
