Operations Manager
Job description
As a Operations Manager, the work centres on supporting oversee task-by-task operations and maintain performance standards. It would suit someone who can bring ownership, clear communication, and practical organisation to the role.
Who the work supports
In control of circa £5 million per annum turnover across multiple operations including public facing coffee shop, restaurants, hospitality services and vending. Assist Operations Directors with planning and achieving all Company strategic business objectives.

What needs to be in place
- Must have experience in cost plus and commercial environments.
Job details
- Previous experience in in Group site management (turnover circa £3million).
