Operations Manager
Job description
As a Operations Manager in Service Cover, the work centres on o Quality: Deliver defect-free work and maintain customer satisfaction. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.
How the role is set up
Requires the management and leadership of a multi-disciplinary team to include project managers, supervisors, operatives and administrators delivering the following services:. We have a pool of over 480 multi-skilled, longstanding staff, and our own dedicated in-house Project Managers.
Where someone would start
O Quality: Deliver defect-free work and maintain customer satisfaction. · Attend monthly internal and external contract meetings and deliver progress updates. · Understand and manage and monitor compliance with company procedures and policies.
What is expected
- · Significant experience in a construction/civil engineering management role with budget responsibility of £30M/year across multiple Contracts.
