The Operations Supervisor, Quick Commerce position centres on measure and monitor workflows, track Onsite performance, and provide important shift information to frontline management to ensure operational excellence across shifts. It would suit someone who can bring organised and confident keeping warehouse priorities clear during a shift to the role.

What the work leans on

Our 'under the roof' associates process orders with industry-leading speed, picking and packing customer orders to enable our 30-minute delivery promise. Quick Commerce (QC) delivers ultra-fast convenience through our network of small warehouse in city center locations, partnering with last-mile delivery providers to get products to.

Where the technical work sits

• Measure and monitor workflows, track Onsite performance, and provide important shift information to frontline management to ensure operational excellence across shifts.
• Supporting the Shift/Area Manager with projects to improve processes, cultivate a safe working environment, and increase workforce engagement.
• Escalate any issues you spot to your manager, but sometimes you’ll be the most senior person on shift and will give people the direction they need to complete their tasks.

Technical requirements

• Advanced proficiency in local language in both written and verbal communication (C1 Common European Framework of Reference, CEFR).
• Experience in an operational environment, such as logistics, retail, hospitality, or customer service.
• Relevant experience working with data analytics and using these metrics to identify problems.
