Role overview
This position will be based Onsite near Gloucester or in Central London 5 days a week. The Space, Defence and Intelligence business unit in CGI is a true IT Systems Integrator.
Main responsibilities
Overseeing & Resolve incidents, problems and service requests. Engage & Communicate with stakeholders to maintain service alignment. Monitoring & Improve service performance, availability and reliability.

- Experience with service performance monitoring and reporting (desirable).
- Strong experience in incident and problem management.
- You should have proven experience in operations management and service support.
