This Operations Support Manager opportunity is built around overseeing & Resolve incidents, problems and service requests. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.

Role overview

This position will be based Onsite near Gloucester or in Central London 5 days a week. The Space, Defence and Intelligence business unit in CGI is a true IT Systems Integrator.

Main responsibilities

Overseeing & Resolve incidents, problems and service requests. Engage & Communicate with stakeholders to maintain service alignment. Monitoring & Improve service performance, availability and reliability.

Requirements

  • Experience with service performance monitoring and reporting (desirable).
  • Strong experience in incident and problem management.
  • You should have proven experience in operations management and service support.
