Operations Technician Engineer focuses on perform requested operations team tasks, including the delivery of new project tasks, corrective maintenance, and routine maintenance.

What the role involves

• Perform requested Operations Team tasks, including the delivery of new project tasks, corrective maintenance, and routine maintenance.
• Be accountable for delivering assigned work package/tasks to ensure business objectives and key results are achieved.
• Preparing Operations documentation as required.
• Identifying and recommending improvements to systems and processes to improve business efficiency and quality of the product.
• Liaise with customers and other departments as required.
• Installation, commissioning, testing, fault analysis and maintenance of Verra Mobility systems.

Skills and requirements

• A diploma level qualification in a technology field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Highways technology and/or speed enforcement experience.
• A current, valid and unrestricted driver’s licence.
• Capable of attaining required certification and completing require training for the role and work being completed.
