Strong functional knowledge across core finance cycles: P2P, R2R, O2C, A2R, including PPM. Broad technical exposure to Oracle EBS R12, including:Oracle schemasPublic APIsSQL & PL/SQLReporting tools (OTBI, OBIEE, Business Objects).

How the role works day to day

Leading small‑scale deliverables, providing 2nd‑line support for global Oracle FUSION and EBS (11.5.10 and 12.2) environments, as well as supporting integrated peripheral systems. Overseeing the day‑to‑day operation, maintenance, and optimisation of Oracle Applications (Cloud FIN and E‑Business Suite) across multiple entities. Maintaining system stability by supporting end users, managing incidents and problems, performing root cause analysis, and handling Service Requests (SRs).
