Candidate fit
- The Functional Analyst will perform first line support of the HCM and Payroll Modules.
- Supporting configuration and maintenance of Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll modules (Core HR, Payroll, Recruit, Benefits, Learn, Time & Absence, Remuneration).
- Assisting with full lifecycle implementations including requirements gathering.

- Sits in the Business Systems team who predominantly support the use of the Group’s ERP solution Oracle Fusion named “Orbit”.
